Anaconda on Bangalore Streets
A huge anaconda with a human hand in its mouth seen on streets of Bangalore is scaring pedestrians and motorists. An anaconda sneaked out from a man-hole and swallowed a human being. Only his hand can be seen. This scenario is scaring away people in Bengaluru. Did pedestrians and motorists not help the man when he was being swallowed by anaconda? Well, the answer is no.. Since the main roads and streets in Bengaluru turned miserable, an artist protested in this way against neglected man-holes, pits etc on roads.
The Namma Bengaluru Foundation (NBF), an activist organization working towards the betterment of the city made this attempt to remind people in the city about the civil problems faced by them due to negligence of municipal authorities. In an attempt to remind authorities, an anaconda with a half-eaten human arm in it was fixed on Yeshwanthpur road. The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officials who got realization with the incident reacted to it and started reorganizing the drainage system. They concentrated on man-holes and ditches that were resulting in jamming of traffic. The crocodile that was placed earlier and anaconda that is fixed now went viral over social media.
