AP Government to Conduct Smart Pulse Survey
With the intention that every rupee spent should be qualitatively used, government of AP is conduting the new Smart Pulse Survey. The progress various schemes being implemented by the Government and details of people being benefitted by the schemes will be collected. This survey is an initiative to know the flaws of government rule now and rectify them.
Pilot work of the survey will be taken up in three Mandals of each of these three Districts i.e., Ananthapuram, Prakasam and Vizianagaram. Chief Secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao convened a meeting today with Secretaries of all departments on Friday in AP secretariat.
The Smart Pulse Survey is a socio-economic data basing on Aadhar data involving all the services of the Government Departments which will be a major benefit for citizens as well as Government. In the absence of Aadhar number, Voter ID or any other identity will be considered for the Smart Pulse Survey, Chief Secretary informed. The survey will be undertaken by the planning, revenue and IT departments together. Visiting the diseased in families and intitiating Aarogya Andhra Pradesh, establishing balance among various sectors, presenting every aspect clearly to people, achievement of e-development are the major tasks of the government at present, said I.Y.R.
The Chief Secretary passed orders for designing overall schedule in next two weeks and said that Smart Pulse Survey is prestigiously taken up by government of AP. Hence, I.Y.R said no errors should be made.
