AP Seed Capital-Master Plan or Match Fixing?
Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu announced that 1st phase of construction of state capital Amaravathi will be done by 2018. The team headed by Singapore second minister Eeswaran submitted final seed capital master plan to Chandrababu in Rajahmundry.
Is the Amaravathi seed master plan submitted by Singapore government legalized? Chandrababu requested Singapore minister Eeswaran to design action plan for construction of state capital Amaravathi when he spoke on Monday while unveiling seed capital master plan, which is surprising. As the CM announced cabinet’s approval for the master plan, doubts arouse if the government will not ask its people about any objections they might have. Babu hastily offering Singapore company to join as development partner as a Swiss Challenge raising doubts in the minds of some politicians and people’s organizations whether the master plan is genuine or a match fixing.
The CRDA should notify the master plan first and know the objections of people and stake holders. If this is not followed, what would be the purpose of CRDA? The master plan that is implemented without discussing with land owners in Amaravathi ie., farmers and stake holders and without knowing their objections will not be legal. Hence anyone can challenge it in court, say lawyers.
