Chocolates Reduce Risk of Heart Problems
A study reveals that consuming chocolates on a daily basis in small amounts reduces risk of heart diseases. The results have been derived from tests conducted on eating habits of 20 thousand middle-aged and aged people. Researchers of Scotland’s Aberdeen University announced the results after finishing their study. They found that when com,pared to people who do not eat chocolates, those people who consume chocolates are much healthier. While there is 23% risk of heart problems in people who do not eat chocolates, the risk in those who eat is only 11%. However, the researchers ade clear that having more quantities of chocolate is also dangerous.
