French Muslim Girl Thrown Out of School for Wearing Burqa
Wrapping herself up in clothes is the mistake committed by that girl, for which she was banned from entering school. The incident took place in Charleville Mezieres region of France. A 15 year old Muslim girl who was pursuing education from a school in this region went to school wearing burqa as per Muslim tradition. But she was sent back home twice for wearing such lengthy dress and asked her to come back wearing a skirt. The girl’s father who was aggressed with the incident did not want his child to go back to school, which ruined the girl student’s hopes to study. “According to laws that govern secularity in French schools, veils are banned in schools. The regular neutral outfit in many schools in France is a skirt (short)”, said one of the local education minister.
