Going Late to Bed Makes You Fat!




Do you go late to bed? Then it is time to get away with the habit. Researchers in California University have found that going late to bed makes people fat. On conducting a survey on 3,300 people in America, they observed visible change in 5 years in body structure of those people sleeping late. For every hour of sleep they lost, Body Mass Index (BMI) increased by 2.1 points according to researchers. In those who go early to bed, no weight gain was witnessed. Also they enjoyed good health. Researchers said that those who sleep for less than 6 hours during nights suffer from various ailments. Hence they suggest that we go to bed as early as possible.
