High Court Grants Bail for Revanth Reddy
Cash-for-vote accused TDP MLA Revanth Reddy gets some relief as the High Court granted bail to him. Bail linked with certain rules and restrictions was granted to Revanth Reddy. On the surety of Rs 5 Lakh, Revanth has been granted bail on the condition that he should be available to the ACB for investigation whenever called for. The HC said that he should not go outside the constituency and also asked him to submit his passport. The other two accused in cash-forvote case, Sebastian and Uday Sinha were also granted bail by the High Court. The argument made by Advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy to not grant bail to Revanth Reddy as he may influence and manipulate the witnesses and proofs in the case was disregarded by the HC judge.
