Nagarjuna’s Master Plan to Compensate AKHIL Loss
Akhil Akkineni’s much hyped debut film AKHIL remained a disaster in most of the areas it was released. Producers are very unhappy with the way the film has turned out, resulting in losses for distributors and buyers. As per the new rules, producer of a film has to bear the compensation now and it amounts to Rs.20 crores, which is highly impossible for Nithin to recover them. As a result, Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy have approached Nagarjuna seeking help and apparently Nagarjuna who treats Nithin as a family member decided extend help. Nagarjuna assured them that he will bear the loss incurred due to Akhil’s debut film. But, it is difficult for Nagarjuna to recover the huge amount. So, he came up with the idea of distributing his upcoming film Soggade Chinni Nayana and son Naga Chaitanya’s Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo to those who have brought AKHIL. Nagarjuna wants to compensate the loss by selling rights of the films to the same distributors hoping that these two films bring them profits. VV Vinayak is the director of AKHIL and Sreshth Movies produced the film.
