One More Case on Salman Khan: FIR Filed
While Bollywood star Salman Khan is all hooked up with on-going cases like hit & run, black buck hunting, a new case entangled him. A case of Criminal Intimidation and Robbery was booked on Salman by Airport police following orders of court, based on complaint filed by Ravindra Dwivedi.
Ravindra Moorat Dwivedi, a member of Bhrashtachaar Nirmoolan Samiti alleged that Salman and his body guard assaulted him in a Mumbai – Delhi flight last year on 4th November. Dwivedi mentioned that the duo got into a fight with him and snatched important documents that dealt with the demise of BJP leader Gopinath Munde that he was supposed to handover to the government. He said that the airport police personnel refused to register a case against Salman. The court has now directed them to register an FIR under sections 392 (robbery), 323 (causing hurt), 504 (insult with intention to provoke breach of peace) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code against Khan and his associates.
