Mega powerstar Ram Charan has learned something important from Bruce Lee disaster. He realized that Bruce Lee the Fighter remained a cost failure project due to investing high budget on a routine story. So, the actor is taking utmost care of his next project. Ram Charan is planning budget for remake of Thani Oruvan telugu remake so that it does not exceed Rs. 25 crores. Also the mega powerstar is planning to take a share of profits earned, post release of the film, instead of charging remuneration before release.
Due to the hype created on Bruce Lee with the guest role played by megastar Chiranjeevi, business of the film recorded Rs.57 crores. But Bruce Lee collected only Rs.40 crores in final run. Distributors in all areas had to bear losses. Danayya who produced Bruce Lee said that he would not be funding Thani Oruvan Telugu remake, after which Allu Aravind came forward to invest on Ram Charan’s film. Thani oruvan villain Arvind Swamy demanded remuneration of Rs.3 crores to star in telugu remake of the film. Ram Charan and Allu Aravind are in dilemma whether to rope in Arvind Swamy or not, since they have been planning to wrap the film up in medium budget.
