Revanth Reddy Files Bail Petition in High Court
TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, arrested in cash-for-vote case approached High Court for bail. His lawyers today filed petition for bail, the HC considered it for inquiry. Revanth mentioned in his petition that he was booked in the case as a part of political trap. Revanth stated in the petition that he told all details to ACB during the 4-day custody and he has nothing else to tell them. So, being a people’s representative, he requested the court for bail, mentioning that he will abide to restrictions that will be put on him by the court and will not cause any inconvenience to the inquiry in cash-for-vote case. Along with Revanth, the other two accused, Sebastian and Uday Sinha also filed bail petitions. It is known that court has extended judicial remand on Revanth Reddy till 29th june as the earlier ordered remand of 14 days has ended today.
