Revanth Reddy in ACB’s Custody for 4 Days
The ACB special court accepted ACB’s request to have Revanth Reddy accused in cash-for-vote in their custody for 4 days ie., from 6th to 9th june. The Anti-Corruption Bureau will investigate Revanth Reddy from 9 am through 5 pm during those 4 days. Court has passed orders that the TDP MLA should be investigated in front of lawyer and third degree should not be imposed on him. Other two accused in the case, Sebastian and Uday Sinha are also in ACB custody now. The three accused persons should be presented at the magistrate after custody period, said the court. It is known that TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was arrested for trying to bribe nominated MLA Stephenson at his residence.
