Revanth Reddy Remand Extended till 15th Jun
The ACB special court has extended remand on Revanth Reddy, accused in cash-for-vote case till 15th june. Along with Revanth Reddy, the other two accused, Sebastian and Uday Sinha were also produced in the special court by ACB officials. When the Judge asked Revanth Reddy if ACB officials troubled him during investigation, he answered that he was not even provided water to drink. Revanth Reddy informed the Judge that it was only after he complained to higher officials that basic facilities were provided. Later, the TDP MLA, with high security was shifted to Cherlapally jail. ACB officials are getting ready to file petition requesting the court for having Revanth Reddy in their custody for some more days. Revanth’s lawyers will file a petition in court tomorrow seeking permission for the MLA to attend his daughter’s engagement on 11th june.
