The ACB special court has extended judicial remand for TDP MLA Revanth Reddy till 29th june. The court also extended custody for Sebastian and Uday Sinha, the other two accused in cash-for-vote case. As the judicial remand ordered earlier ends by today, all three were presented at the ACB court. The telangana ACB officials requested court to extend remand as reports from Forensic lab regarding audio and video tapes have not been obtained yet. So, the court that agreed to their request, extended judicial remand for Revanth Reddy and the other two till 29th june ie., for another 14 days. The bail petition filed by Revanth Redy has been rejected by ACB court. Hence he is again shifted to Cherlapally jail.
