Sex Interest Lost in Japan!
Japanese government is caught up in a weird situation. Japanese youth are showing no interest towards sex. May be the Sushi needs extra salt and spice because all men and women are involved in work and are not even giving sex a thought. This is resulting in population reduction in Japan, which could eventually result in population crisis! Japanese government is worried that if the same scenario continues, there will be no youth to work and their country will be left with old people, which inturn increases the burden of pensions on it.
In a survey conducted by Japan’s Fmily Planning Association on various persons between the ages 16 and 49, when asked how many of them took part in sex atleast once during the span of previous one month, 49.3% of them said no ie., about 50% of them said no. 50% of women and 48% of men said NO. When compared to results of a similar survey conducted two years ago, the number of persons who said NO rose by 5% this year.
When asked why they were not taking part in sex, 21.3% of married men and 17.8% of married women said that they are losing interest on sex due to tiredness after work. Other 23% of men and 17.9% of women said that sex is an uncomfortable practice.
In a survey conducted by Japan Population Center in 2011, 27% men and 23% women made clear that they have no interest in physical relationship. 61% of men and 49% of women in the age group 18-34 years are no involved in any romantic relationship. Next shocking thing is that 34.36% of men and 39% of women revealed that they had never had sexual relations.
