Sholay film that was released in various countries 40 years ago has won appraisals of top critics. Though many Indian movies hit theatres in Pakistan, the reason being unknown, no one came forward to release Sholay. Nadeem Mandviwalla, one of the top distributors of film in Pakistan who has recently come forward had released the film in 2D and 3D formats on 17th april ie.,after 40 years of release…in Pakistan. The pioneering film casts Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Sanjeev Kumar, Jaya Bhaduri, Hema Malini and Amjad Khan, directed by Ramesh Sippy and produced by G. P. Sippy, R. D.
