Shruti Haasan Without Makeup in Premam Remake
Busy Tollywood actress Shruti Haasan is all set to play a female lead in the Telugu remake of super hit Malayalam film Premam, which would also feature Naga Chaitanya and Anupama Parameswaran. Shruti Haasan will have to take utmost care while playing the role and she is doing a lot of ground work on it. The reason is that Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s Premam remake will see Shruti Haasan reprise the role of Malar, played by the talented heroineSai Pallavi in the original. In Malayalam version, Sai Pallavi was seen without makeup. She shown as a natural beauty and Shruti has to follow the same now.
Shruti Haasan is all set for the ‘without makeup’ look for the role. She will be seen in no or minimal makeup and her sarees will be a treat to audiences, says the sources. Specially made Mangalagiri Cotton sarees will be the costumes Shruti will be sporting in this film. Naga Chaitanya will be seen as an Engineering student. Chandoo Mondeti is director of the film. Neha Sharma’s sister Aisha Sharma and Anupama Parameswaran playing the other female leads, Gopi Sunder and Rajesh Murugeshan are the music directors of Telugu remake of Premam.
