Who did NTR Call to Know About Dictator?
The ‘confusion’ tweet of NTR has made things murkier for the makers of his upcoming release Nannaku Prematho. Though he tweeted in gaffe and clarified that his account was ‘compromised’, people are not buying his words. Jr. NTR has been dealing with pressure from all quarters and is still holding deliberations with his well-wishers in the industry about pitting his film against his uncle and actor turned politician Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 99th starrer Dictator.
Word on the street is that NTR has started to scrutinize the prospects of Dictator and called up music composer SS Thaman to know the progress of the film Dictator. Grapevine is that NTR asked Thaman about how much portion of the film is to be shot and the status of re-recording. It is known that Thaman’s music studio in Chennai was clogged in water and the music composer is unable to meet the deadlines.
However, Thaman cleared the apprehension of NTR and reiterated that Dictator is on track for Pongal and Balakrishna has been hustling the team to ensure a smooth release as announced. Perturbed with Thaman’s reply, NTR reportedly disconnected the call in a flash. Buzz is that the distributors of Nannaku Prematho have insisted its makers to push the film to February and perhaps that could be the reason for NTR to ring up Thaman. As of now, the film Nannaku Prematho is unlikely to hit the screens for Pongal thus shattering the dreams of NTR!
