PVP Turns Attention To Real Estate

PVP

After losing over Rs 100 Crores in the film industry, entrepreneur-turned-filmmaker Prasad V Potluri is now contemplating to turn his attention onto his real-estate business and other businesses of PVP Ventures.

Besides owning Hyderabad HotShots, a badminton franchise team representing Hyderabad in the Indian Badminton League(IBL), PVP was co-owner of Kerala Blasters along with Sachin Tendulkar. However, PVP recently sold off his stake after which Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Allu Aravind and Nimmagadda Prasad joined.
Not long ago, Prasad had opened a mall, PVP Square Mall, in Vijayawada that was inaugurated by Sachin Tendulkar. With several high-profile contacts and vast business experience, PVP is now focusing on his other businesses given that his previous films weren’t so successful.
Although Prasad is not quitting filmmaking, he might go slow and would be more choosy from now on wards. He is now wanting to make more concept-based films like Kshanam than star-studded films that brought him losses.
