Rajinikanth Coming Up With Kabali
Young director Ranjith who is directing Rajinikanth in his next film announced on Twitter title of the film is ‘Kabali’. Rajinikath’s character in the film is Kabaleeswaran and the title has been derived from it, Ranjith said. Rajini is playing the character of a Don which is inspired from life of a real don in Mylapura, of Chennai. Story of the film will start off in Chennai and later in Malaysai, the director mentioned. A young music director named Santosh Narayan is composing tunes for the film. Lord Shiva incarnation in the famous Kabaleeswaran temple in Mylapuram of Chennai is called Kabaleeswaran. Kabali is super star Rajinikanth’s 159th film. Kapali is the telugu word for Kabali. Kabaleeswarudu is Kapaleeswarudu in telugu.
Lingaa and Kochadaiyaan movies of Rajinikanth turned out to be disappointing. In such a scenario, Rajini shockingly offered young director Ranjith who did just two films to direct him in Kabali.In a film for which all young technicians are working, Rajini not playing character of a young guy is remarkable.
